What if a product description does not have a "Policy"? TOP
General Merchandise Only (Non Food Items):
Returns - If you are not 100% statisfied with your purchase please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Instructions for the product return will be provided and a full refund for the original purchase price, minus S/H charges, & re-stocking fee will be issued (once product is received in our warehouse). A re-stocking fee of 10% will be charged.
Note: Because our Distribution Center offers these items in other mediums, there is a remote possibility that the item may be unavailable due to large purchases, inventory errors, payment delays or acts of God. In this event, one of our customer service representatives will contact you with: an expected reshipment date, an agreeable replacement offer or a full refund. Customer Satisfaction is a top priority to us and all efforts are made to insure a smooth transaction for your purchasing needs.
Food Items:
Refunds - Due to the nature of this product there are no returns/refunds.
Penalty Fees - FedEx charges us $10.00 for all incorrect addresses. In return we must pass this on to you. Sorry.
